Following the extraordinary success of the Inaugural Hr NETWORK (SCOTLAND) NATIONAL AWARDS 2007 - there is huge excitement and anticipation for the build up to the Hr NETWORK (SCOTLAND) NATIONAL AWARDS 2008.

With the award winning and very stylish Glasgow Hilton confirmed as the setting for the awards gala dinner for 2008, and which takes place on the evening of Thursday 20th November 2008, the preparations have begun in ernest commencing with the opening of the official nominations process on Monday 3rd March 2008 - which will then close on Friday 30th May 2008.

Nominations

The initial online nomination process which is available between Monday 3rd March 2008 and Friday 30th May 2008 requires a minimum of 150 words and maximum of 450 words for initial online nomination summary which is available by clicking 'Nominate' next to the appropriate award. Additional supporting evidence can be provided by a nominator with up to 5 seperate points to consider. Please note that providing this evidence is optional but may be used by the judges when making the final decision on shortlisted candidates.

(Please note that nominations will 'Judged' on the quality of the application and not the quantity that each nominee gets. Each nominator is entitled to one nomination per category).

Criteria

Each award category nomination requires strict and robust criteria to be considered in each application which the judges will be looking for. Please note that short-listed candidates will be required to attend an interview, conducted by the judges following the initial process of selection.

The Judging Panel reserve the right to put forward a suitable nomination in respect of any of the individual award categories should nominations fail to meet the standard level of acceptance against the set criteria detailed on this page.

Attending the Awards Ceremony

Awards will be presented at a 'Black Tie' Awards Gala Dinner in the Glasgow Hilton on Thursday 20th November 2008 which includes 'live' entertainment and dancing - following the Awards Ceremony.
